Our trained repair technicians can come to you, anywhere in Melbourne. We can repair any manner of equipment, however sometimes it might be difficult to source the necessary parts, or your equipment might be beyond repair.

If we're unable to complete a repair, you will not be charged for the cost of service/repair, however call-out fees, collection and/or delivery charges may still apply.

For more common or simple issues, we can conduct a repair in your home or healthcare facility. More complex issues might require further investigation and/or more serious equipment to troubleshoot. In these cases we can offer you a loan item to replace your existing equipment while we carry out the repair.

Included in the cost of repairs is a free service

Once the repair is complete, you will receive a service sheet outlining everything our technician has done, and also identifying any other issues with your equipment that may need attention in the future.
