ELC Home Modifications brings together Australia’s most experienced team of tradespeople dedicated entirely to home modifications. In September of 2017, we decided to incorporate ELC Home Modifications as a standalone company after previously being a department of Endeavour Life Care, and in doing so we have expanded our scope to include major renovations and modifications such as bathroom and kitchen re-modelling and modifications. We’ve also added a few members to our team along the way, including one of our Director’s Alan Balchin who has over 30 years experience in residential building and home modifications, specialising in bathrooms and is a registered builder and plumber.
