About

Endeavour Life Care has been helping Victoria’s frail-aged, injured and people living with disability to live a more independent and simple life at home for over 35 years. As a local, independent business we’re able to impartially offer some of the best designs and brands in home-care and home-safety from Australia, USA, Europe, the UK and around the world. We aspire to empower those in need with the right information from trained professionals and a full range of home care products that focuses on quality and leading designs, so you can find a solution that’s right for you.

Endeavour Life Care can deliver your equipment anywhere in Australia, and work closely with our network of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Case Managers and Allied Health professionals to ensure you get the most suitable equipment solution for your specific needs.

We offer solutions to everyday physical challenges faced by our older community by focusing on key risk elements commonly faced in the home as well as common daily activities, and our range of products are specifically developed to allow senior citizens to:

  • Remain confident and safe in the home
  • Retain independence and not rely on the assistance of family members and carers to carry out daily tasks
  • Continue to be a valuable member of local communities

To ensure that our mobility aids and equipment comply with relevant Australian Standards and best practice, we carry out independent testing and certification for many of our products. We offer equipment and aids that focus on:

ELC Home Modifications brings together Victoria’s most experienced team of tradespeople dedicated entirely to home modifications. In September of 2017, we decided to incorporate ELC Home Modifications as a standalone company after previously being a department of Endeavour Life Care, and in doing so we have expanded our scope to include major renovations and modifications such as bathroom and kitchen re-modelling and modifications. We’ve also added a few members to our team along the way, including one of our Director’s Alan Balchin who has over 30 years experience in residential building and home modifications, specialising in bathrooms and is a registered builder and plumber.

Using Australian Standards (AS1428 series), Council DCP’s, and the Building Code of Australia (BCA), we work with architects, access consultants and occupational therapists to provide services in:

  • Major Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations
  • Large custom made Wheelchair Access Ramps
  • Consultation and design in accordance with relevant Australian Standards (AS1428:2009)
  • Minor Modifications (installation of grab rails, handheld showers, bannister rails, custom made wedge ramps)
  • Custom Made Bannister Rails

Our team are always on the lookout for ways to improve the lives of our clients, and to keep abreast of research and developments in the industry we undergo regular training and certification. We manufacture many of our own products here in Australia, and after 35 years we understand how important quality products are for our clients. We look forward to making your life at home easier and more accessible. If you’d like to organise a free site inspection, give us a call on (03) 8796 9555, or send us an email
