How Product Hire Works

We work with several local hospitals and in-patient facilities to coordinate discharge equipment and ensure you are safe and mobile in your home environment after being discharged. Our hire team always ensure that equipment is well maintained using our clinical washroom and maintenance checks, and will make sure you are comfortable with the safe use and maintenance of your equipment when you hire with us.

Many of our customers choose to hire long-term, and in some cases will choose to buy the equipment after a period of time. We offer Hire-To-Buy on many of our products, and will happily work out a reduced price based on the length of time you've been hiring the item from us. How it works

• You can view a list some of some our collection of hire equipment here, but if you're not sure whether an item will be suitable for you or available**, or if you haven't found what you're looking for contact our hire team and they'll be able to help.
• Once we've found the right equipment for you, you'll need to complete a Hire Agreement which can be found here.
• We require a deposit and a minimum payment of 10 days hire for your chosen equipment. The deposit on your equipment will depend on what you need to hire and will be refunded to you after your hire**
• After we have all of the required information, we can arrange for the equipment to be delivered or you can choose to come and collect it from our Dandenong South showroom, and we'll walk you through how to use and maintain the item(s).
•  When you no longer need the equipment on hire, you can either contact us to arrange collection, or bring the equipment back to our

  Dandenong South showroom where we will check over the condition of the items, organise your deposit refund, and our team will clean and restore the equipment for our next customer.
